MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BACHELOR OR MASTERS DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE FROM ACCREDITED U.S. UNIVERSITY
• MINIMUM 8 YEARS (5 YEARS FOR JOB CAPTAIN)  ARCHITECTURAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
• WELL VERSED IN USE OF ARCHICAD, SKETCHUP PRO, PHOTOSHOP - PREFERABLY ON THE MACINTOSH
• ARCHITECTURAL LICENSURE FOR PROJECT ARCHITECT AND HIGHER POSITIONS
• EXPERIENCE WITH HOSITALITY, MULTI-FAMILY, SENIOR LIVING & SKILLED NURSING FACILITES BUILDING TYPES
• EXPERIENCE WITH TYPE I, III AND V CONSTRUCTION
• KNOWLEDGE OF CALIFORNIA BUILDING AND GREEN CODE
